Can a car scratch be polished out?
If it hasn’t gone through the clear coat, often yes. A quick test: if your fingernail catches in the scratch, it usually needs paint rather than polishing.
Is it worth claiming insurance for a scratch?
Often not, once you count the excess and any effect on your premium. We’ll give you a private price so you can compare before deciding.
Do you repair bumper scuffs?
Yes. Scuffed and cracked plastic bumpers are repaired, primed and painted to match, which is usually cheaper than a new bumper.
Can you match a small repair to old paint?
Yes. We mix to the paint code and blend into the surrounding area so the repair doesn’t stand out, even on faded paint.
