Short answer: it depends on the damage. Minor scratch, dent and bumper repairs can often be done in a few days. Larger collision repairs depend mostly on parts availability and, for insurance jobs, the approval process.
What affects the timeframe
- Parts: some panels, lights and sensors are in stock locally; others are shipped from interstate or overseas.
- Approvals: insurance repairs need the assessor’s approval before work starts, and again if hidden damage is found.
- Paint: colour matching, spraying and curing take time to do properly.
- Structural work: measuring and straightening adds time but can’t be rushed.
How we keep you updated
You’ll get an estimated timeframe with your quote, and we’ll let you know if parts or approvals change it. Every job is photographed on arrival and on hand-back.
